Athlete Meeting について
- 出場する全選手は10:00に集合し、アスリートミーティングに参加してください。
- 大会に関する重要事項をご説明いたします。必ずご参加ください。
- ミーティング終了後、カテゴリー別のチェックインに移行します。
チェックインについて
- チェックインでは以下をお受け取りいただき、各種申請を行っていただきます。
- 無料配布
- 客席チケット（S席）1枚
- バックステージパス 1枚
- バックステージパスは追加で最大2枚まで購入いただけます。
- 価格：20,000円（税込） / 枚、お支払いはチェックイン時のみ対応となります。
撮影申請について
- 帯同カメラマンをお連れの場合は、チェックイン時に申請をお願いいたします。
- 申請費用：10,000円 / 人
- 申請上限：2名まで
撮影可能エリアについて
- 選手帯同のカメラマン（撮影申請済み）は下記エリアで撮影が可能です。
- 大ホール内アスリートシート席・撮影スペース・バックステージ・控え室エリアを含む会場内全エリアにて撮影が可能ですが、混雑状況により一部エリアへの進入を制限させていただく場合がございます。
選手帯同ではない撮影者
- 大ホール内撮影スペースおよび、出展エリアのみ撮影可能です。
- 控え室エリア・バックステージでの撮影はできません。
Press Conference
- 10:45より、チェックイン会場にてプレスカンファレンスを実施いたします。
- ZeniX公式YouTubeチャンネルにてライブ配信いたします。
Meet and Greet Japan Pro 2026
- 11:10〜13:10の時間において、Meet and Greetを実施いたしますので、出場選手の皆さんはご出席ください。
- Meet and Greetへのご家族・コーチの入場は無料となります。

Athlete Meeting
- All competitors must arrive by 10:00 AM and attend the Athlete Meeting.
- Important information regarding the competition will be explained during the meeting. Attendance is required.
- After the meeting, Athlete Check-In will begin by category.
Athlete Check-In
During Athlete Check-In, you will receive the following and complete any necessary registrations.
Complimentary Items
- One (1) S-Reserved Seat Ticket
- One (1) Backstage Pass
Additional Backstage Passes
Athletes may purchase up to two (2) additional Backstage Passes.
- Price: ¥20,000 per pass
- Payment: Available at Athlete Check-In only
Photography Media Pass Registration
- If you are bringing your own photographer, please register them during Athlete Check-In.
- Registration Fee: ¥10,000 per photographer
- Maximum: Two (2) photographers per athlete
Photography Access
- Registered Photographers may photograph in all event areas, including:
- Main Hall (Athlete Seating Area)
- Expo Area
- Designated Photo Area
- Backstage
- Athlete Waiting Room Area
Photographers without a Media Pass may photograph only in:
- Main Hall
- Expo Area
- Photography is not permitted in the Backstage or Athlete Waiting Room areas without a registered Media Pass.
Press Conference
- The Japan Pro 2026 Press Conference will begin at 11:45 AM.
- The event will be streamed live on the official ZeniX YouTube channel.
Meet & Greet Japan Pro 2026：12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
All competing athletes are required to attend the Meet & Greet.
The Meet & Greet is a great opportunity to connect with fans, while also promoting your personal brand, selling merchandise, and building business relationships. We encourage all athletes to make the most of this opportunity.
Each competing athlete will also receive five (5) complimentary Meet & Greet guest tickets.
These tickets may be used for family members, friends, coaches, or guests. Complimentary tickets will be distributed in advance as electronic tickets.
- Approximately 10 minutes by bus from JR Chiba Station
- Capacity: Limited to 250 guests
- Admission: ¥2,000 (tax included)
- Advance online purchase only
- No tickets will be sold at the door
- Sales will end once capacity is reached
Complimentary Admission:
- Guests holding a Japan Pro SV Seat or V1 Seat ticket receive free admission. Please present your ticket purchase confirmation at the entrance.
