テスティングオーソリティとして、ナチュラル大会の主催者は、これらの規則を常に最新の状態で把握する責任を負います。

一般規則
ルール1
ナチュラル・リージョナル出場要件が定められている国に居住する選手は、ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会に出場する前に、まず自国で開催されるナチュラル・リージョナル大会に出場しなければなりません。
ルール2
ナチュラル・リージョナル出場要件がある国に居住しているものの、当該年の後半まで自国でナチュラル・リージョナル大会が開催されない場合、以下の条件をすべて満たせば、ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会に出場することができます。
- 選手が前年に、自国で開催されたナチュラル・リージョナル大会に出場していること
- ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会が、自国で開催されるその年最初のナチュラル・リージョナル大会より前に行われること
ただし、自国でその年最初のナチュラル・リージョナル大会が開催された後は、当該年のナチュラル・リージョナル出場要件を満たさない限り、以後のナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会には出場できません。
ルール3
ナチュラル・リージョナル出場要件がない国に居住する選手は、世界中のいずれのナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会にも出場することができます。
ルール4
以下の国では、ナチュラル・リージョナル出場要件が適用されます。
オーストラリア、オーストリア、ベルギー、中国、フランス、香港（中国）、ハンガリー、イスラエル、日本、マレーシア、メキシコ、モンゴル、ニュージーランド、ポルトガル、韓国、スペイン、台湾（中国）、イギリス
ルール5
オープン・リージョナル大会に出場しても、ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会への出場資格を得ることはできません。
ルール6
ナチュラル・リージョナル大会に出場しても、オープン・プロ・クオリファイア大会への出場資格を得ることはできません。
ルール7
選手がナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会で IFBB PRO カードを獲得した後、IFBB Professional League に登録（メンバーアカウント作成）する前に、リージョナル大会またはプロ・クオリファイア大会に出場した場合、または IFBB Professional League 非公認の大会に関与した場合、その IFBB PRO カードの獲得は無効となります。
ここでいう「関与」には、競技への出場、審査、役員・オフィシャルとしての参加、プロモーション、広告（氏名や肖像の使用を含む）、その他 IFBB Professional League 非公認大会を支持・推奨する行為が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。
技術規則
※技術規則からの逸脱があった場合でも、それだけをもって検査結果が自動的に無効となるわけではありません。
ルール8
ドーピングコントロール検査には、少なくとも以下のカテゴリーを含めなければなりません。
- 蛋白同化薬（S1）
- 利尿剤および隠蔽薬（S5）

ルール9
ホルモン補充療法またはテストステロン補充療法を使用している選手は、NPC Worldwide ナチュラル大会に出場することはできません。
ルール10
NPC Worldwideナチュラル大会においては、治療使用特例（TUE）は認められていません。
ルール11
以下の最低検査数を実施しなければなりません。
- ナチュラル・リージョナル大会：各オープンカテゴリーのオーバーオール優勝者（ルール12の適用あり）
- ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会：各オープンカテゴリーのオーバーオール上位2名
※ここでいう「オープン」とは、マスターズ以外の区分を指します。
ルール12
あるカテゴリーの出場者が5名未満の場合、1クラスとして実施し、その上位2名に対して検査を行わなければなりません。
ルール13
ナチュラル大会においては、以下のいずれかを満たした選手にのみ、1位を授与することができます。
- 大会後の検査において陰性であること
- 大会前のポリグラフ（嘘発見器）検査に合格していること
このため、ナチュラル・リージョナル大会では、主催者の判断により、各オープンカテゴリーのオーバーオール上位2名に検査を実施する場合があります。
ルール14
ナチュラル・リージョナル大会において、オープンカテゴリーのオーバーオール2位の選手に検査を実施するかどうかの権限は、ヘッドジャッジにあります。
ルール15
プロモーターは、以下の条件を満たす場合に限り、定められた最低検査数を超えて検査を実施することができます。
- 各カテゴリーにおいて実施する禁止物質カテゴリーおよび検査総数が、エントリーフォームに明確に記載されていること
- 最低要件を超える検査内容（オーバーオールを含む）について、各カテゴリーの検査カテゴリーおよび検査数を事前にNPC Worldwideに通知していること
ルール16
検体分析を行う検査機関およびポリグラフ検査官は、専門的な認定を受けた者でなければなりません。
ルール17
検査方法は、大会主催者の裁量により、尿検査、血液検査、またはポリグラフ検査のいずれかで実施されます。
尿検査または血液検査は、ポリグラフ検査と併用することができます。
ルール18
選手は、別紙1（Appendix 1）に示されているクリーン期間／禁止薬物不使用期間内に、いかなるパフォーマンス向上薬も使用していてはなりません。
ルール19
検査方法が尿検査または血液検査である場合、以下を遵守しなければなりません。
- ドーピングコントロールフォーム（DCF）を作成し、ドーピングコントロールオフィサー（DCO）および選手が署名すること。DCF には、少なくとも検体ID／コード番号を記録しなければなりません。
また、検体採取の過程において、選手には DCF の写しが渡されなければなりません。 - 検体は、1つの検査機関のみに送付しなければなりません。
- 検査機関による分析の結果、特定の禁止物質が原因であると特定できない非定型所見（ATF）が出た場合、当該検査機関は、これがアンチ・ドーピング規則違反（ADRV）につながる不利分析結果（AAF）であるかどうかを判断するため、追加検査を実施しなければなりません。
用語定義
- ATF（Atypical Finding／非定型所見）
さらなる調査が必要な報告（例：テストステロンやその他の内因性物質の数値上昇など）であり、AAF と確定する前の「判定保留／不確定」結果を示します。 - AAF（Adverse Analytical Finding／不利分析結果）
検体中に禁止物質またはその代謝物の存在が確認されたことを示す報告で、一般的に「陽性結果」と呼ばれ、アンチ・ドーピング規則違反につながる可能性があります。 - ADRV（Anti-Doping Rule Violation／アンチ・ドーピング規則違反）
選手の検体から禁止物質、その代謝物、またはマーカーが検出されたことを示す分析上の違反を指します。なお、ADRV には分析結果以外による違反（非分析上の違反）も含まれます。
ペナルティ
ルール20
尿検査または血液検査での陽性結果、もしくはポリグラフ検査不合格に対するペナルティは、以下のとおりです。
- 初回違反：2年間の出場停止
- 2回目の違反：永久出場停止
結果管理
ルール21
結果管理は、NPC Worldwideの専管事項とします。結果管理には、以下を含みますが、これらに限定されません。
- 検査機関およびポリグラフ検査報告書の受領
- アンチ・ドーピング規則違反（ADRV：尿検査または血液検査）またはポリグラフ検査不合格についての選手への通知
- 該当するペナルティの適用
ルール22
テスティングオーソリティとして、大会主催者は、非定型所見（ATF）、不利分析結果（AAF）、またはアンチ・ドーピング規則違反（ADRV）が示された場合の検査機関報告書およびドーピングコントロールフォーム、またはポリグラフ検査不合格を示す報告書の写しを、NPC Worldwideに提出しなければなりません。
ルール23
要請がない限り、大会主催者は、尿検査または血液検査が陰性であった場合の検査機関報告書およびドーピングコントロールフォーム、またはポリグラフ検査合格の報告書の写しを、NPC Worldwideに提出する義務はありません。
ただし、検査を受けたすべての選手が陰性、またはポリグラフ検査に合格した場合には、その旨を NPC Worldwideに通知しなければなりません。
ルール24
陽性検査結果は、大会主催者の裁量により公表することができます。公表する場合、開示される情報は以下に限られます。
- 大会名、開催都市、国、開催日
- 大会の種類（ナチュラル・リージョナルまたはナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア）
- 競技者番号、Division、クラス、および「DQ due to ADRV（ADRV による失格）」の表記（※競技者名は公表されません）
※「DQ」とは失格を意味します。
ルール25
ポリグラフ検査不合格は、大会からの即時失格となり、アンチ・ドーピング規則違反と同一のペナルティが科されます。
ルール26
ポリグラフ検査の事前質問段階（ポリグラフ装置に接続する前）において、禁止物質の使用を自主申告した場合、大会からの失格および出場停止処分となり、その期間はNPC Worldwideが決定します。
ルール27
本規則に別段の定めがない限り、選手は、尿または血液検体の採取日から、NPC Worldwideが正式な検査結果を受領し、最終判断が下されるまでの間、暫定的に（自動的かつ通知なしで）出場停止となります。
ルール28
選手は、禁止物質または禁止方法を使用してはならないクリーン期間／不使用期間を把握し、遵守する責任を単独で負います（別紙1：Appendix 1）。
ルール29
尿検査または血液検査の陽性結果、もしくはポリグラフ検査不合格が出た場合、結果は以下のとおり記録されます。
- ナチュラル・リージョナル大会におけるオープンカテゴリーのオーバーオール優勝者の場合、当該選手はオーバーオールおよびすべての他カテゴリー／クラスにおいて「DQ（失格）」と記録されます。
なお、オープンカテゴリーの2位選手は、自身が陰性結果を得た、またはポリグラフ検査に合格している場合に限り、オーバーオールまたは他カテゴリー／クラスで1位が授与されます。 - ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会におけるオープンカテゴリーのオーバーオール優勝者の場合も同様に、当該選手はオーバーオールおよびすべての他カテゴリー／クラスにおいて「DQ（失格）」と記録されます。
オープンカテゴリーの2位選手が1位となるのは、自身が陰性結果を得た、またはポリグラフ検査に合格している場合に限られます。
ルール30
失格となった競技者に授与されたすべての表彰物は、30日以内に大会主催者へ返却しなければなりません。これを怠った場合、追加のペナルティが科されることがあります。
ルール31
検査の拒否、または採取された検体の完全性および有効性を損なう行為（もしくはその試み）は、検査不合格と同一のペナルティが科されます。
ルール32
尿検査または血液検査の陽性結果、もしくはポリグラフ検査不合格については、異議申し立てはできません。再検査も認められず、正式な手続きとしても承認されません。
連続開催大会
ルール33
ナチュラル・リージョナル大会とナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会が「連続開催（バック・トゥ・バック）」で行われ、リージョナル大会の検査結果がプロ・クオリファイア大会前に判明していない場合、選手は以下の条件のもとでナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会に出場することができます。
- リージョナル大会では不合格、プロ・クオリファイア大会では合格した場合：両大会とも失格となり、リージョナル大会開催日から出場停止処分となります。
- リージョナル大会では合格、プロ・クオリファイア大会では不合格となった場合：プロ・クオリファイア大会のみ失格となり、プロ・クオリファイア大会開催日から出場停止処分となります。
- 両大会とも不合格となった場合：両大会とも失格となり、リージョナル大会開催日から出場停止処分となります。
※「バック・トゥ・バック」とは、2つのナチュラル大会が連続して開催され、2つ目の大会が、1つ目の大会の検査結果を NPC Worldwideが把握する前に実施されることを意味します。
※本規則は、ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会同士の連続開催にも適用されます。
プロカード規則
ルール34
ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会で IFBB PRO カードを獲得した選手は、NPC Worldwideが検査結果を受領し、最終判断が下されるまで、IFBB Professional League のメンバーアカウントを作成（IFBB PRO カードを正式取得）することはできません。
追加規則
ルール35
プロ・クオリファイア大会におけるナチュラルカテゴリーの出場者が5名未満の場合、当該カテゴリーの優勝者は、以下の条件を満たすことにより、IFBB Professional League に対して IFBB PROカードの付与を申請することができます。
- 出場者が2名以上5名未満の場合、上位2名が検査を受けなければなりません。出場者が1名のみの場合、その選手が検査を受けなければなりません。
- 申請は、書面にて info@ifbb-proleague.com 宛に提出しなければなりません。
- 申請書は、決勝日から14日以内に IFBB Professional League に到着しなければなりません。
- 申請者は、個人ポーズおよび比較ポーズのステージ写真を提出しなければなりません。
- カテゴリーがフィットネスの場合は、フィットネスルーティンの動画を提出しなければなりません。
- IFBB PROカードの付与可否は、NPC Worldwideが検査結果を受領し、最終判断が下されるまで決定されません。
ルール36
同日にナチュラル・リージョナル大会およびナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会を開催する場合、以下のとおり運営しなければなりません。
- 同日開催の場合、スケジュール上は別個の大会として掲載しなければなりません。
- 2つの独立した大会として開催することも、統合大会として開催することも可能です。
- 別個の大会として開催する場合、リージョナル大会の全てのカテゴリーを終了した後に、プロ・クオリファイア大会を開始しなければなりません。
- 統合大会として開催する場合、リージョナル大会の各カテゴリーを終了した後に、対応するプロ・クオリファイア大会の同カテゴリーを実施しなければなりません。
- 開催国にナチュラル・リージョナル出場要件がある場合、その要件を満たすのは開催国に居住する選手のみとします。
- リージョナル大会およびプロ・クオリファイア大会の主催者は、以下のカテゴリーのうち1つ以上を開催することができます。
トゥルー・ノービス、ノービス、ジュニア、マスターズ、オープン
ルール37
トゥルー・ノービスとは：NPC Worldwide において一度も競技に出場したことのない選手
ノービスとは：当該競技年度において、ノービス、マスターズ、またはオープン大会でオーバーオール優勝していない選手、または出場者3名以上のオープンクラスで優勝していない選手
ジュニアとは：18歳〜23歳の選手
マスターズとは：35歳以上の選手
ルール38
ナチュラル・リージョナル大会またはナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会に出場するためには、NPC Worldwideのメンバーシップが必要です。NPC Worldwideのメンバーになるには、18歳以上でなければなりません。
メンバーシップの有効期間は、暦年（1月1日〜12月31日）の1年間のみです。
メンバーシップは、各大会前に確認されます。
ルール39
選手は、居住国の規則に従って競技しなければなりません。
ナチュラル・プロ・クオリファイア大会に出場するためには、少なくとも4か月以上、その国に居住している必要があります。居住証明として、公共料金請求書、賃貸契約書、運転免許証などの提出を求められる場合があります。外国人留学生として居住している場合は、学生証または大学・専門学校の在学証明書を提出しなければなりません。なお、リージョナル出場要件は引き続き適用されます。
ルール40
一度 NPC Worldwideに特定の国の居住者として登録した後は、就労または就学を理由として他国へ移住した場合に限り（証明書類の提出が必要）、居住国を変更することができます。

General / General Rules
Rule 1: Athletes who reside in a country with a natural Regional requirement must first compete in a natural Regional contest within their country before they can compete in a natural Pro Qualifier contest.
Rule 2: If an athlete resides in a country with a natural Regional requirement but there are no natural Regional contests in the athlete’s country until later in the year, the athlete may compete in a natural Pro Qualifier contest:
- the athlete competed in a natural Regional contest in the athlete’s country in the previous year; and
- the natural Pro Qualifier contest takes place prior to the first natural Regional contest in the athlete’s country.
An athlete cannot compete in any further natural Pro Qualifier contests after the first natural Regional contest in the athlete’s country without meeting that year’s natural Regional requirement.
Rule 3: Athletes residing in countries without a natural Regional requirement may compete in a natural Pro Qualifier contest anywhere in the world.
Rule 4: The following countries have a natural Regional requirement:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, France, Hong Kong (China), Hungary, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, New Zealand, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan (China), United Kingdom
Rule 5: Athletes cannot qualify for a natural Pro Qualifier contest by competing in an open Regional contest.
Rule 6: Athletes cannot qualify for an open Pro Qualifier contest by competing in a natural Regional contest.
Rule 7: If an athlete earns an IFBB PRO card at a natural Pro Qualifier contest and, before registering (creating a member account) with the IFBB Professional League, competes in a Regional or Pro Qualifier contest, or participates in a contest that is not sanctioned by the IFBB Professional League, the athlete’s IFBB PRO card win is canceled. Participation includes, but is not limited to, competing, judging, officiating, promoting, advertising (to include using one’s name or likeness) or otherwise endorsing a contest that is not sanctioned by the IFBB Professional League.
Technical Rules
*A deviation from the Technical Rules does not automatically invalidate the testing.
Rule 8: Doping control testing must include at least Anabolic Agents (S1) and Diuretics & Masking Agents (S5). This link provides a list of Prohibited Substances and Methods.
Rule 9: Athletes using hormone or testosterone replacement therapy are not eligible to compete in NPC Worldwide natural contests.
Rule 10: Therapeutic use exemptions (TUEs) are not permitted for NPC Worldwide natural contests.
Rule 11: The following minimum number of tests must be conducted:
- natural Regional contest: overall winner in each open division (subject to Rule 12)
- natural Pro Qualifier contest: top 2 in each open division overall
*The term “open” in this context means non-masters.
Rule 12: If a division has less than 5 competitors, they must compete as one class, and the top 2 must be tested.
Rule 13: First place can only be awarded to a competitor who has tested negative (post-contest) or passed a polygraph examination (pre-contest). For this reason, the contest organizer may choose to test the top 2 in each open division overall at a natural Regional contest.
Rule 14: The head judge has authority to test the second-place competitor in an open division overall at a natural Regional contest.
Rule 15: The promoter may conduct more than the required minimum number of tests provided:
- the categories of prohibited substances and total number of tests to be conducted in each division is clearly indicated on the competitor entry form; and
- NPC Worldwide is notified in advance about the categories and number of tests in each division, including the overall, that exceed the minimum requirement.
Rule 16: The laboratory used for sample analysis and the polygraph examiner must be professionally accredited.
Rule 17: Testing may be done by way of urine, blood, or polygraph at the discretion of the contest organizer. Urine or blood testing may be combined with polygraph.
Rule 18: Athletes must not have used any performance-enhancing drugs within the clean or abstinence periods shown in Appendix 1.
Rule 19: If the type of testing is urine or blood:
- A doping control form (“DCF”) must be completed and signed by the doping control officer (“DCO”) and the athlete that, at a minimum, records the sample ID/code number. The athlete must be given a copy of the DCF as part of the sample collection process.
- Samples must be sent to one laboratory only.
- If the laboratory analysis produces an atypical finding (“ATF”) that does not identify a specific prohibited substance as the cause of the ATF, the laboratory must perform additional testing to determine if the ATF is in fact an adverse analytical finding (“AAF”) that may lead to an anti-doping rule violation (“ADRV”).
“ATF”: A report that requires further investigation (e.g. for elevated testosterone or other endogenous substances) before it is confirmed as an AAF. It indicates an “inconclusive” result.
“AAF”: A report confirming the presence of a prohibited substance or its metabolites in a sample. It is often referred to as a “positive test”, which may lead to an anti-doping rule violation.
“ADRV”: An analytical violation indicated the presence of a prohibited substance, its metabolites, or markers in an athlete’s sample. ADRVs can also indicate a non-analytical violation.
Penalties
Rule 20: The penalties for a positive urine or blood analysis or failed polygraph are as follows:
- First offense: two-year suspension
- Second offense: lifetime suspension
Results Management
Rule 21: Results management is the sole responsibility of NPC Worldwide. Results management comprises, among other things,
- Receiving laboratory and polygraph reports
- Notifying athletes of ADRVs (urine or blood) or failed polygraph examinations
- Imposing the applicable penalties
Rule 22: As Testing Authority, the contest organizer must provide NPC Worldwide with a copy of the laboratory report and doping control form indications of an atypical finding, adverse analytical finding, or anti-doping rule violation, or a copy of the polygraph report indicating a failed polygraph examination.
Rule 23: Unless requested, the contest organizer is not required to provide NPC Worldwide with a copy of the laboratory report and doping control form for a negative urine or blood analysis, or a copy of a polygraph report for a passed polygraph examination. However, the promoter is required to notify NPC Worldwide when all athletes tested negative or passed the polygraph examination.
Rule 24: Positive test results may be published at the discretion of the contest organizer. If published, only the following information will be disclosed:
- Contest name, city, country, date
- Type of contest (natural Regional or natural Pro Qualifier)
- Competitor number, division, class, and the words “DQ due to ADRV” (competitor names will not be published)
*”DQ” means disqualified.
Rule 25: A polygraph examination failure will result in an immediate disqualification from the contest and the same penalty as an anti-doping rule violation.
Rule 26: The voluntary disclosure of a prohibited substance during the polygraph pre-examination phase (before connection to the polygraph device) will result in a disqualification from the contest and a suspension, the length of which shall be as decided by NPC Worldwide.
Rule 27: Except as otherwise provided in these rules, an athlete is provisionally suspended (automatically and without notice) from the date of urine or blood collection until the official results are received by NPC Worldwide and a final finding is determined.
Rule 28: Athletes are solely responsible for knowing the clean or abstinence period during which they must not have used a prohibited substance or method (see Appendix 1).
Rule 29: A positive urine or blood analysis or failed polygraph examination will be recorded as follows:
- If an open division overall winner at a natural Regional contest, the competitor will be marked “DQ” in the overall and all other divisions/classes. The open division second-place competitor will be awarded first place in the overall or any other division/class only if this competitor tested negative or passed a polygraph examination.
- If an open division overall winner at a natural Pro Qualifier contest, the competitor will be marked “DQ” in the overall and all other divisions/classes. The open division second-place competitor will be awarded first place in the overall or any other division/class only if this competitor tested negative or passed a polygraph examination.
Rule 30: All awards that may have been presented to a competitor who is disqualified must be returned to the contest organizer within 30 days, failing which the competitor may incur additional penalties.
Rule 31: Failure to submit to testing, or tampering (or attempting to tamper) to alter the integrity and validity of collected samples, will result in the same penalties as a failed test.
Rule 32: A positive urine or blood analysis, or a failed polygraph examination, is not appealable. Retesting is neither permitted nor recognized.
Back-to-Back Contests
Rule 33: If a natural Regional contest and a natural Pro Qualifier contest are “back-to-back”, and if the test results from the natural Regional contest are not known before the natural Pro Qualifier contest, the athlete may compete in the natural Pro Qualifier contest under the following conditions:
- An athlete who fails the natural Regional contest test but passes the natural Pro Qualifier contest test will be disqualified from both contests and suspended from the date of the natural Regional contest.
- An athlete who passes the natural Regional contest test but fails the natural Pro Qualifier contest test will be disqualified from the natural Pro Qualifier contest and suspended from the date of the natural Pro Qualifier contest.
- An athlete who fails the natural Regional and natural Pro Qualifier contest tests will be disqualified from both contests and suspended from the date of the natural Regional contest.
*The term “back-to-back” means two natural contests; the second of which is held before the test results from the first are known to NPC Worldwide.
**This rule also applies to back-to-back natural Pro Qualifier contests.
Pro Card Rules
Rule 34: Athletes who earn an IFBB PRO card at a natural Pro Qualifier contest may not create an IFBB Professional League member account (acquire an IFBB PRO card) until the test results are received by NPC Worldwide and a final finding has been determined.
Additional Rules
Rule 35: If a natural division at a Pro Qualifier contest has fewer than 5 competitors, the division winner may petition the IFBB Professional League for an IFBB PRO card under the following conditions:
- If the division has more than one but fewer than 5 competitors, the top 2 finalists must be tested. If the division has one competitor, that competitor must be tested.
- The petition must be submitted in writing to info@ifbb-proleague.com.
- The petition must be received by the IFBB Professional League no later than 14 days after the date of the Finals.
- The petitioner must include stage photographs of the individual poses and comparison poses.
- If the division is Fitness, the petitioner must include a video of the fitness routine.
- The decision to grant or deny an IFBB PRO card will not be made until the test results are received by NPC Worldwide and a final finding has been determined.
Rule 36: Same-day natural Regional and natural Pro Qualifier contests must be organized as follows:
- If held on the same day, they must be listed as separate contests on the schedule.
- The may be held as either two separate contests, or as one merged contest.
- If held as two separate contests, all divisions of the Regional contest must be completed before the start of the Pro Qualifier contest.
- If held as one merged contest, each division of the Regional contest must be completed before the corresponding division of the Pro Qualifier contest.
- If the host country has a natural Regional requirement, only those athletes who reside in the host country will meet the natural Regional requirement.
- Promoters of Regional and Pro Qualifier contests may host competition in one or more of the following categories: True Novice, Novice, Juniors, Masters, Open.
Rule 37: “True Novice” means a competitor who has never competed within NPC Worldwide. “Novice” means a competitor who, in the current contest year, has not won an Overall in a Novice, Masters or Open contest, or who has not won in an Open class with three or more competitors. “Junior” means a competitor who is 18-23 years old. “Master” means a competitor who is 35 years of age or older.
Rule 38: Athletes must have an NPC Worldwide membership to compete in a natural Regional or natural Pro Qualifier contest. Athletes must be 18 years of age or older to be an NPC Worldwide member. Membership is valid for one calendar year only (January 1-December 31). Membership is verified before each contest.
Rule 39: Athletes must compete under the rules of the country in which they reside. Athletes must be a resident of a country for at least 4 months prior to competing in a natural Pro Qualifier contest. Proof of residency, such as a utility bill, rental agreement, or driver’s license must be provided upon request. If you are residing in a country as a foreign student, you must provide a student ID or college or university enrollment form. Regional requirements still apply.
Rule 40: Once an athlete registers with NPC Worldwide as a resident of a country, the country of residence can only be changed if the athlete relocates to a different country for reasons of employment or education (proof required).
