日本国内に在住の選手の皆さまは、Amatuer Olympia 開催前までに国内のリージョナル大会（3/20～10/24 ZeniX、2月 Muscle Contest Japan）におけるオープンリージョナル大会へ出場していることが参加条件となります。
なお、ナチュラルリージョナルへの出場のみでは本条件を満たしませんので、ご注意下さい。オープンリージョナルにおいて出場されたカテゴリーやクラスは、必ずしも「Openクラス」である必要はございません。
また、Amatuer Olympia Japan において開催されるNoviceクラスやMastersクラスに出場する場合でも、オープンリージョナルへ出場していることが条件となりますので、ご注意下さい。

提携カラーリングサロン
- ご予約は直接サロン業者にお問い合わせください。
- 選手は、各コンテストごとに提携しているサロン業者をご利用下さい。
- 施術をされた際には、ZeniX指定の「施術証明書」をサロン業者から受け取り、大会当日の選手受付でご提出ください。
- 提携外の業者のご利用は禁止と致します。
- 各リージョナル大会では、会場施設との契約上、選手ご自身によるカラー材・オイル類、ワセリンが含まれる製品の塗布は禁止とします。（プロクオリファイ大会、プロ大会のルールは別途ご案内あり）
- カラーリングは必ずしも流す必要はありません。皮膚の状態によっては、流した方が良い選手もいますので、サロンの方と相談して決めてください。
- カラーは大会前日までに済ませて会場入りしてください。
- 待機中および、パンプアップの際には、素肌のままで床に座る行為（臀部を直接床につける行為）や、壁に手をつく行為はお控えください。これらの行為は、施設汚損の原因となる場合がございます。なお、汚損の程度が著しい場合には、クリーニング費用をご請求させていただくことがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
注意事項
- バックステージパスは、20,000円（現金のみ）です。大会当日の受付デスク、あるいは選手チェックイン時にご購入下さい。必ずサポーターご本人が購入することが必要です。
- 大会当日のクラス追加は、40,000円（現金のみ）となります。
- なお、出場登録および観戦チケットの購入後は、いかなる理由においてもキャンセル・返金・変更（カテゴリー・クラスを含む）はお受けできませんので、予めご了承下さい。
- 本大会では、ダンベル等の器具類の持ち込みを禁止しております。
- 会場内での飲食はご遠慮ください。
- 会場内で発生したゴミにつきましては、各自でお持ち帰りをお願いいたします。
- 主催者の許可を得ていない館内での営業行為・販売行為・撮影等の商業活動は一切禁止といたします。
- 大会運営の進行を妨げる行為、またはスポーツマンシップに反する行為が確認された場合、主催者の判断により退場をお願いする場合がございます。
- 貴重品の管理は各自の責任において十分ご注意ください。
- 盗難・紛失・破損等が発生した場合、主催者および会場側では責任を負いかねます。

Eligibility Requirements
- Amateur Olympia Japan Eligibility Requirements

For athletes residing in Japan, participation at least once in one of the ZeniX Regional competitions prior to the Olympia Amateur is required in order to be eligible to compete.
Eligible qualifying events include Open Regional competitions hosted by ZeniX (March 20 – October 24) and Muscle Contest Japan (February).
Please note that participation in Natural Regional events does not satisfy this requirement.
The category or class entered at the Open Regional competition does not necessarily need to be an “Open Class.”
In addition, athletes wishing to compete in the Novice or Masters classes at Olympia Amateur Japan are also required to have competed in an Open Regional event prior to the Olympia Amateur.

Tanning
- Please contact the tanning provider directly to make a reservation.
- Tanning does not necessarily need to be rinsed off. Depending on your skin condition, some athletes may be better off rinsing it. Please consult with your salon and decide accordingly.
- Please complete your tanning by the day before the competition.
- Spray tanning uses a solution that develops color after bonding to the skin. If unabsorbed residue remains on the skin surface, sweating on the event day may cause the color to run or fade.
- Athletes are prohibited from applying tanning products or oils by themselves.
- All self-application is strictly prohibited, including products containing petroleum jelly (Vaseline) as a main ingredient.
Important Notes
- Backstage passes are ¥20,000 (cash only). Backstage pass holders must purchase their pass in person at the Athletes Meeting on the day of the event.
- Adding an additional class on the day of the event will cost ¥40,000 (cash only).
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes (including categories and classes) are permitted for any reason after competitor registration or spectator ticket purchase.
- Bringing dumbbells into the venue is prohibited at all events.
- Eating and drinking inside the venue are not permitted.
- Please take all trash with you when leaving.
- Any commercial activities inside the venue without prior authorization are strictly prohibited.
- Any behavior that interferes with contest operations or violates sportsmanship may result in immediate removal from the venue.
- Please take full responsibility for your valuables. The organizers are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage.
