The newly established Posing Room is available for
physique checks, posing practice,
and final-stage preparation before the contest.

Visitor Information

• FREE for IFBB PRO
  • ballot_box_with_check: Proof of an IFBB PRO CARD is required at check-in.
• ¥2,200 per day for Amateur Athletes & Coaches
  • ballot_box_with_check: Entry certificate is required for amateur athletes.

During this period,
PRO athletes may train free of charge,
and amateur athletes are welcome at a special athlete rate.

Staff Hours

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Sat / Sun / Holidays: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Visitor check-in is available only during staff hours.
