To make your trip to the venue easier, we will provide several transportation options, including a free shuttle bus service.

Important Notice for Sunday June 28 (DAY 2)

Heavy traffic and congestion around the venue are expected on Sunday, June 28.
The complimentary shuttle bus is a large coach bus with a maximum capacity of 50 passengers per trip. Seats are limited, and you may not be able to board if the bus is full.
To avoid delays, we strongly recommend:

• Taking a taxi to the venue, or
• Using nearby parking facilities if you are driving.

Please allow extra travel time.

Complimentary Shuttle Bus

Free shuttle buses will operate between JR Tachikawa Station and Musashimurayama Civic Hall (Sakura Hall).

Shuttle Bus Pick-Up Location

• Location： In front of the Core City Tachikawa Building（Approx. 6-minute walk from the North Exit of JR Tachikawa Station）

• Our staff will be waiting at the shuttle stop on the day of the event. Please look for our staff members.

Important Information

• Shuttle buses are currently scheduled to operate without reservations. However, depending on demand, an advance reservation system may be introduced. Any changes will be announced on our official channels.
• Athletes and backstage pass holders may be given boarding priority. General attendees may be asked to wait for the next bus.
• Shuttle schedules are subject to change due to traffic conditions.
• The departure time of the final shuttle may change depending on the event schedule. Any updates will be announced at the venue and on our official channels.
• If the shuttle bus reaches full capacity, you may not be able to board. In that case, please consider taking a taxi or public transportation.

• In addition to the complimentary shuttle bus, the venue can also be accessed by taxi, local bus, or private vehicle.
• Please check the information below and choose the transportation option that best suits your schedule.

Taxi Service

You may also combine your trip with the complimentary shuttle bus or local bus service for a smoother journey.
From the taxi stand at either the North Exit or South Exit of JR Tachikawa Station, please tell the driver: “Musashimurayama Civic Hall (Sakura Hall)”

• Estimated travel time: Approximately 30–40 minutes (depending on traffic)
• Estimated fare: Approximately ¥2,500–¥4,000

Please note that fares may vary depending on traffic conditions, time of day, and the taxi company. The amounts above are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
A late-night surcharge applies to rides taken after 10:00 PM.

Parking Information

• Free parking is available at the venue (approximately 150 spaces).
• A large number of visitors is expected during the event weekend, and parking demand is expected to exceed capacity. In particular, heavy congestion is anticipated on DAY 2 (June 28). We strongly recommend that you do not rely on finding a space in the venue parking lot.
• If you plan to drive, please secure parking at nearby commercial facilities in advance and allow plenty of extra travel time.
• Please note that parking fees and conditions at nearby facilities are subject to each property’s own policies. The organizer cannot guarantee the availability of nearby parking.
